Choose wisely! Afrihost don't have your best interest !

I requested to downgrade my service package to a cheaper option available on their website, but the provider refused. Canceling requires a two-month notice, and customer service was unhelpful, repeatedly giving the same response without addressing my concerns. This rigid policy, combined with poor support and a lengthy cancellation process, made me feel undervalued as a loyal customer. A good provider should be more flexible and responsive to customer needs.
