Charging me for non service

Afrihost is insisting on billing me for almost another two months, despite failing to provide a working Frogfoot DHCP service. I have contacted support at least five times. Each time the matter is treated as resolved because I temporarily switch to PPPoE to restore basic internet access, even though Afrihost confirmed PPPoE is not the correct configuration for Frogfoot. DHCP still fails and assigns me a private/local IP from the ONT. I am requesting cancellation effective end of June and no further billing, because this is a service failure, not a normal cancellation.
