Charging double for line rental

I moved 3 months ago to my new address. I requested to cancel my adsl line and sign up for a new line as I could not move my old telkom number. Today im paying for my cancelled line and new line ... I spoke to Charles in accounts he was useless. ... said a senior manager was going to call me in an hour. ..that was Yesterday. ...don't know where Afrihost is going to with their ****pie service
