Charged me but have not given me my internet

I recently got myself fibre internet through afrihost 1stly they took their own time to get the router to me after internet lines were installed now struggling to connect and afrihost agents can't help me to get my internet up and running they have already deducted money from my account but not 1 day have I used the internet this is day light ******* how can you take the money but not give me the service I want my credit for this month
