Charged **********ly and not reimbursed

Whilst I had an Afrihost account I was happily paying for a 4MB line and their online tool showed the speed as 4096. After a year or so, I changed jobs and had to move to another ISP due to a company benefit offered. When that company checked, they advised that I only have a 2MB line. I was shocked. I queried this with Telkom and they confirmed that it was a 2MB line. I went back to Afrihost and they took me in circles around the earth. Eventually they came back to me saying that its out of their hands as I had a 4MB line whilst I was with them. this could only be validated by their ***** own in-house software
