Charged for something I never used

I waited for over a year and a half for a fiber line.. no communication. Then was charged R250 for a router I never used and returned unopened. Only to complain to an Eric whom cannot grasp the reason for my refund request and somehow thinks I am trying to get a refund for my mobile data. Absolutely useless and terrible service.
