Charge for services I did not ask for.

I tried to load R50 call time on my VOIP account. A couple of days later I noticed they added 3 x R50 (due to a system error) to my account and when I tried to contact them to correct the error they simply told me they cannot refund airtime. The agent (Mmathapelo M) was less than useless and was not even bothered to investigate the issue and simply responded with canned responses. It's unbelievable that a company can charge you for services you did not ask for and then refuse to refund you. The is ******** and completely unacceptable.
