Charge for service but receive none.

Worst ISP I have ever delt worth. i do not recommend using this ISP,if you do not take the expensive packages they don't assist you, been paying for service and sitting without internet now for 20 days. cant reach offices and chat Bots are useless.

unfortunately my previous isp is not available for me to use in this area but i strongly recommend to take packages from vuma direct and not afrihost.
