Caution!Afirhost and Vumatell wait 3 months to do their job!

So last year December i move into my new house which i just bought and call Afrihost as a friend referred me and my own business hosting site resides with them .Yesterday almost 3 months later my internet was cut and after an hour on the phone with Afrihost blaming vumatel and vumatel blaming afrihost i was told that they cancelled the previous owners line only now!!!3 MOnths later!!!!!!!!!!And now i have to suffer.Someone should lose their job over this and now my business i run from home has to suffer.I was never late on payment and their response "Sorry sir it will only be fixed tommorow" This is pathetic man poor customer service to say the least!And not even a follow up call.Only a message saying please rate our service and when you rate them they don't even call back.Ive been waiting more than 30min yet again on the whats app line and im still waiting.USELESS!!!!!
