CASE NUMBER - ISP 154140

Good day

case number - isp 154140 ( NO SERVICE FAULT ) Was given to us on 24/03/2020 10H00 when we contacted Afrihost with the problem. I followed up With VUMATEL 22H20 and spoke to a lady - Mnumasubi that was very helpful and she informed me that they have tested our signal twice (14H00 and 15H30 ) and informed AFRIHOST that the signal was strong and there is no problem from there side.

Till now i have had no response from AFRIHOST informing me of what is wrong. I tried getting hold of them on the WATSAPP still nothing.

What peeeees me of is the fact if you phone them they state they give the worlds best service. BS with horns.

In the crises the world is in you can not even get the basic service that you pay for.
