Carefull dealing with AFRIHOST - just talk and no action

No stars here actually. Please an order for sim + router on the 17DEC2019 and after confirming order and payment, to date NO DELIVERY. ??? I have meanwhile ordered on line from two other companies, days after this order and BOTH have delivered. From Afrihost I have just been told that WAREHOUSE has NOT EVEN PROCESSED the order YET !!! From the 17th DEC2019 to 27DEC2019 ... you have to be kidding me ...
