Can't upgrade my Fibre
I have had Fibre installed for 12 days, for the past 5 days I have been trying to upgrade my service. Tried roughly 6 times via the Client Zone, spoken via Webchat to roughly 3 people, emailed 3 times and tried calling the help desk. Twice it was admitted there is a problem and the Dev team need to look. the first time the Dev team needed to look I had no feedback. In a written email I voiced this issue, and the responce was, of course you can upgrade, let us know if you have an issue, This was in the email. Today Bernard says he has sent this to the Dev team, but cannot give me any timelines to when i can expect feedback or resolution of this. I find it completely unacceptable that i could potentially wait 3 years, and would have to contact them again and again and again' Bernard. W (03:22:45) : Our development team is currently investigating the problem. Earlier, they did process it from their side, and it seemed like it was going through, but they are following up again Erik (03:24:11) : This is very frustrating, as i get this feedback and then nothing happens, I have to waste my time to keep following up, last night I was 2nd on the call center Q, then first , then all of a sudden 14th in the q, you can imagine how ticked off I am Bernard. W (03:33:30) : I understand, but unfortunately they will have to investigate this is a problem where ou system isn't responding as expected Erik (03:35:46) : When can I expect this to be resolved by? And whom can I escalate to when this is not resolved in a reasonable time, considering I have been on this for 5 days Bernard. W (03:38:59) : Unfortunately, I won't be able to give a timeframe. As above, this is something giving unexpected results, and it needs to be investigated Erik (03:39:51) : So who can give me timeframe? As I am not prepared to waste more time on this, and will seek other providers who can Bernard. W (03:42:31) : It is impossible to give a timeframe to a problem that has to be investigated Erik (03:43:18) : Then I am forced to warn the public that you cannot provide a timeline and I could potentially wait 3 years, that is what you are saying in a nutshell Bernard. W (03:50:27) : While it shouldn't take that long, due to the fact that we do not know where the exact issue lies, as this isn't a general issue that we have seen, we can't give an exact timeframe to the resolution Very poor service! wasted 55 mins this afternoon on webchat
