Can't Port Out from Afrihorst.SMS not sending

Bad service. I am trying to Port out since 1st August I can't send SMS for porting request to any network. The Afrihorst SIM is not sending SMSES. I spoke to more than 8 people to sort out. They sending me from pillar to post. All the correct procedures to Port out were followed.

MTN keep telling them they must fix. I regret having used this service provider.

There is a Boipelo with rotten English. She is so ***********. Last email I received from her sucks. Why can't they fix the problem so I can use my number *** the way I used it before. This number is a business number.
