Can't keep their promise

By far the worse provider when it comes to after sales services. I've been struggling to get my line downgraded since April. I've engaged with so many staff members via their social media page. Assuring me that it will be sorted. today I'm still waiting for them, the network speed is slow everything buffers yet I'm on a 100mb line, now I want to downgrade to the 40mb line as I'm not getting the service. If nobody sort me out today I will cancel my subscription with them and get another ISP. I've dealt with Modiegi, Tshepiso and Una all giving me empty promises
