Cant get thru to Support to help me,call dropping

Need to setup my router which my ISP [URL Removed] should assist as there are PPPoe details they need to supply and then test. First call I was on hold for 27 min when call just dropped when i was told my the automation voice that I was now first in line....Then I tried Email - Launched a support ticket which have not yet been looked/assisted with...this now 6 hours after I submitted the ticket.....Then tried calling 2nd time..only to hold on for over 40 min, then to be dropped just when i was told I was now first in line....not going to call again...doesn't help,....emailing....also useless..and this is a business, if it was for personal use I would be more patient..Thinking of changing ISPs
