Can't get fibre installed

I don't understand how this company gets awarded best ISP, if their customer service is so bad. I had line installation scheduled for 8th August 2025. I'm still waiting. I've been in corespondence with support team, and its just painful dealing with them. I just can't get my questions anwsered.
