cant fix fibre after 3 weeks-

I have spend almost three weeks trying to get Afrihost and Vumatel to fix my fibre connection with no joy. No one taking responsibility to resolve this. Have you guys grown too much to care? I had been in the past impressed with the service but int he last 12 months things are going downhill fast. i have been a client for many years but am busy reviewing that
