Can't cancel with Afrihost....

I informed Afrihost on the 01 November that i would be moving. Till today they have not set up my fibre at my new residence - i am stil lpaying until the end of January. I have decided to cancel, and guess what .... you cannot cancel. The options on the website and the app do not allow you to cancel.
