Can’t accomplish simple tasks

It’s been over a week I’m dealing with Afrihost and they can’t sort my internet installation out with openserve. Between openserve and Afrihost they playing the blame game. How difficult is it to locate someone’s address. We living in the 21st century where we can locate the houses of ants and spiders but can’t locate a house of a human . Honestly so frustrating
