Can's care, Won't Care. Hardware takes more than a week to be delivered

The quickest Afrihost can deliver a parcel to me after spending almost 2.5k in fixed LTE hardware is more than a week. minutes after placing the order I asked them is there any way to expedite it. cant care, wont care. two days later when the parcel was already with the courier company, I asked again if it could be expedited. - yes they could, but only after the planned delivery came and gone. This is already the 3rd day the parcel is with the courier company, they sent a delivery booking 4 days from now.
