Cannot get hold of support

I have problems with my email.

Afrihost advertises on clientzone they have 24 hour live chat available. Non existing.

I phone in. I am caller no3 on the line. Some lady reads and advert and I am kicked back to position 30 with a waiting tome of 40 minutes. Not good enough.
