Cannot FTP for 5 weeks, poor customer service

I have not been able to FTP from within Afrihost's network for the last 5 weeks. They never get back to me when they say they would. Especially Sechaba Moeng (3 times). And the problem just stays unresolved. How can you not resolve a problem that affects the entire network in weeks? It is terrible service. Half the time when you call in or get transferred you get cut off too. Terrible.
