Cannot change contact details

I called Afrihost to ask them to change my personal details , since I cannot change it on the control panel. When I try to do it myself, the system wants to send me an sms to the number I want to change that I dont use anymore. The call center lady Mandisa had no idea how to help me and neither did her supervisor. Atrocious company who gives their representatives far too little training to be of any assistance to anybody.
