Cannot cancel service

I have been trying to cancel this service since October 2018 and the only way to do it is online. I cannot access the functionality because it is requesting my ID copy of which I submitted in October 2018. I received an email from Afrihost requesting a colour copy instead of the black and white one I had uploaded. They refused to provide details and to why the copying uploaded was not sufficient and I eventually gave up because I did not have a colour copy to upload. I have tried again on the 5th of February 2019 to upload the document again and I now submitted a colour copy of my drivers license. I have emailed Afrihost 3 times since I uploaded it to request when will I be able to access the functionality and all my emails have been ignored.
