Cancelled but still charged

After too many instances of poor service, we cancelled our Afrihost ADSL ***package*** including line rental, but the following month we still got charged for the line rental because Afrihost had failed to cancel that part of the package. They acknowledged the cancellation request by cancelling half the service but refused to budge on charging an extra month for something I could not even use. They were unhelpful and unrepentant. I will never use them again and advise any prospective customer to stay well clear.
