Cancellation is a mess!!

Simply trying to cancel my account. Tried since February end so I give them a calendar months notice. Now they state my cancellation date will only kick in 1st of May 2025. This is a month to month contract. Since the get go there were issues not receiving my router etc. But this issue is that I cannot cancel my subscription and they not sticking to a month to month agreement.

Management just do not get back to you even when they escalate.
