Cancellation for AFRIHOST A*** ZTGZJVC

In the beginning of May 2024, we submitted a new application with Afrihost. On 4th May 2024, the first debit order went off – R249, it was noted that the amount is for the router. Thereafter on 8th May 2024, we received the router and on 12 May 2024, another debit order went off – R333. On the same day, I made contact with Afrihost via WhatsApp, with communication or chats from 12h32 to 14h43, - 2 hours, asking for connection, but Ziyanda could not help. I had to end the conversation, as it was waste of time. Can this subscription be cancelled, and the route be collected, or someone must come in and assist.
