I've been using the service for while, Now i didnt use the service 4 months and they suspeded the account. these guys continued to bill the account even though the account payment were declined. Called them and they said we bill you in advance. I asked the service representattive how is it that i am billed in advance without using the service and how are you billing a suspended account?

They didnt want provide answers and said this how they invoice. I am not paying for a service i didnt use.
