Can't use internet for work without Business Packa

I have what should be a simple request..... connect to my office over the VPN and do some work.<br> <br> My VPN traffic gets shaped as peer to peer, and AfriHost refuse to do anything about it unless I move to a business package.... which for this simple use case is over priced and just not affordable.<br> <br> So I can make a VPN connection, but can't do anything over it (not even log in to a remote PC). Their support systems are so ridiculous it took me over an hour to get hold of someone in support. Had the phone put down on me 5 times while waiting in line. Tip for others, choose the option for billing and shout at them. Then you get put through to an engineer.<br> <br> 3 items deleted from my ticket on this issue (they obviously didn't like the \why are you not answering"comments and imploring for assistance). Today I have spent over 90 minutes on hold with them. Same for online chat and ticket logging.<br> <br> Finally I want to close my account. Good luck China. And they refuse to refund anything.
