Can not transfer domain

horrible experience trying to transfer a domain to another user, it's impossible to model a business around afrihost with service like this. I have been trying the whole day to get this done, talk to customer service and I was told the new user just need to verify his id document, even after that is, they came back with story that it can not be done. This is unbelievable, I am regretting using Afrihost.
