Can I just get my emails working.

I am so disappointed with the customer service I’ve been receiving from the hosting department, I have been struggling to send and receive emails for days now my emails are just stuck in my outbox. I spoke to atleast four different people which one of them advised that I must install AnyDesk so they can get access to my laptop and see what I am talking about but still did not know what to do.

First person said they see the delay on the routing of my emails and will resolve it, second person changed my incoming and outing server details and the others just didn’t know what to do, I honestly don’t understand what I’m paying for if I can’t even access my emails and made to feel as if I’m stupid. I am losing business because of this, my emails were working fine, this is rather frustrating and I am so very disappointed.

The WhatsApp and emails customer service was worse, no one could help me, honestly at this point I have no idea what to do, can I just get someone to help tell me how to resolve the issue please.
