Buyer beware

When signing up for a service with Afrihost one is greeted with a reassuring returns policy supposedly allowing you to cancel any time within 60 days for double your money back. \no strings and no questions!\"<br> What they don't tell you is that there is no way to even get just the money you paid back without them banning you from signing up for that service ever again.<br> After signing up for a service then trying to cancel it within 24 hours due to an issue with my previous ISP delaying me moving to Afrihost I was told that if I wanted a refund I could never sign up for that service ever again.<br> I have scoured afrihosts website for mention of this policy but cannot find any mention of it.<br> I have spoken with their accounts department several times but they just keep saying the same thing.<br> I cannot understand how a company can promise one thing but change the rules when they have to deliver.<br> Without mention of this in the policy it constitutes false advertising.<br> "
