Business Mails - Offline (Domain is with Afrihost)

2 Months without company mails and still fighting to get it sorted out ! Afrihost has been beyond useless in getting this sorted. I have had many phone calls and whatsapp chats with their staff and they have not helped one bit. The company we used for hosting closed down without notice now our mails are down and the only way to accept the transfer ticket is to have access to the mails that are down. I have changed the contact information multiple times but to no avail, instead i get told to wait 5 days, its been months. The sooner we are free from Afrihost the better!
