Business Hosting Multiple Crashes-Support Everywhere-Technical Answers Nowhere

<p>Afrihost is not suited for business hosting. Our site often crashes eventhough there is no movement on the site. The support team are always available , however with no real technical answers at hand. Our site has crashed every month since joining. If we didn't spot check that our site was running, our site would have remained down until our next spot check. </p> <p> </p> <p>The most recent incident resulted in a technical error with regards to internal servers. Our site was uploaded with the incorrect config and then we we're told it was our developers. Shared hosting has many limited parameters (which Afrihost will not disclose to its clients regardless of your package). Afrihost has also requested back-ups of our site when in actual fact back-ups form part of the package. We will be taking further steps with regards to the Consumer Protection Act as costs have been incurred during the migration of our site and potential clients, views lost during our first few months with Afrihost.</p> <p> </p>
