Business Customer's comes last

I wish I can rate zero stars. I made a payment to Afrihost today and I wanted to know by the agents when will my services be up and running, cause Im working from home and I need the services. The agent Unathi M advised me that the business does not take first priority its first come first serve. Then she tells me that the payment is not reflecting and I sent proof that the payment was done. It seems Afrihost is losing there standards. I even asked for a manager to contact me, and still waiting for that. I hope the CEO is reading this.. Cause Afrihost was the best, but now the services is the worst. I actually want to leave there services.
