Business closing Due to Afrihost !

This is a bunch of nonsense , when i call no one answers and the phone just gets droped . They sell you a service but you cant do anything with this ? I PAID FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT GETTING . My domain is ponted to my server on the DNS editor but when i ping the domain i end up with a compleat other adress !!! I have lost clients because of this how must i run my Business with Afrihost !? they dont have any support !! and i have the proof

And probably i must close my business doors because of this issue that AFRIHOST has made .

I have no words for this pathetic service .... wait there is no service .... you pay and then you get no support .
