To whom it may concern

I was chatting with Lerato R and HLayisani M on the 06/09/2025 regarding my internet’s issues.

These chats took 3 hours of my time on both time that I was told that the tickets were raised with Vodacom.

To my surprise on Monday, I tried to follow up then I was told no tickets were raised with Vodacom.

And this is day 3 without internet and I’m paying for the services I’m not getting
