Bull**** service delivery

I cancelled my adsl linr and data package with afrihost in august. Somehow the cancellation was cancelled even though i did not request this. All was fine tho as i decided to just cancel end of September. Now suddendly i am told i cant cancel as i still have an outstanding amount of 929 on my account, strange enough as this is not even what my monthly subscription is. I cancelled this deal in the first place because of their ****ty billing, aswell as **** speed on my line(different isp runs perfect with little latency) so please tell me what the next option is. I give up.
