Bul**** to pay for a wrong product : Help please.

Afrihost refuses to cancel Sim card after sending me wrong product. Their response is, "Please be advised that upon checking the account ,I was unable to pick up on any Telkom orders ,the new order placed was for the MTN package .Please note that the cancelation will only be effective on Effective: 2026-03-01 .Please note that you will be billed for the active package". I received this reply, after I told them I will refuse to be billed for an MTN Sim card when my order was for a Telkom Sim card. I feel bul**** and need intervention. I am already their customer and did not expect this kind of treatment. I dispute any assertion that I had ordered an MTN product which was delivered to me on 29 January 2026, and I wrote to Afrihost immediately, ie. 29 January 2026, to register my disapproval.
