broken promises and incompetance

yesterday i was chatting to a consultant regarding my vumatel fibre that suddently went offline he insisted our area was offline even though my neighbours had internet and now this morning was told a ticket needs to be logged and now am forced to wait for something that could have been done yesterday the first consultant, i complained to a manager who ignored my email and didnt bother to respond 8 hrs during the day am still waiting to be connected. a consultant promised to be back up in 4hrs but 6hrs later i still dont have connectivity am starting to wounder if this is a company that prides itself with broken promises all consultants on the chat do not want to help to think i keep asking my freinds to move to afrihost because of yours service but i will never ever refer anyone and planning to cancell month end
