Breaking promises to customers and stalling when confronted about it

<p>Afrihost first places my DSL number under the incorrect person and after I tell them that I cannot access my number that THEIR system says is already registered I get told that I will not be charged for their messup.<br /><br />Later that same week I get charged and now they want to stall<br /><br />This has been going on for 10 days now with ME having to waste MY money contacting them 7 times</p>
