Bottom of the barrel service from Afrihost & Mitsol

I’ve been paying for the 100mbps package but only receiving 50mbps & no one from Afrihost or Mitsol know what the bottleneck is.

Useless, doesn’t even begin to describe such poor service and customer experience!
