Borderline *******

Singed up a year ago for LTE150 and the sim was cancelled on their side. Yet they debited my account for the next 6 months. While not having a service from them. a credit note for R4500 was issued and not refunded. Last month they did it again and debited my account with R759. They are now owning R5250 for services not rendered. I have talk to support with no avail. Once again no refund has been issued. They required me to send 6 months worth of statements to prove i paid them. Witch i did. They required me to send a copy of my id and other information i did. I had to talk to 3 support agentent for them to grasp the problem. Sitting on this side of the screen, if i wasn't a client for 10 years with them, i would have say this feels like a ****. I have no confidence in afrihost.
