afrihost & vuma reach has now decided that we as fibre users no longer have access to our routers which was installed. struggling for the past week to get assistance in regards to dynamic DNS and port forwarding to be added to my router. this is utter nonsense that users get blocked from accessing devices in your own home. Why not inform clients about the decision made and come up with a service to assist if you require anything that needs to be done on routers , or make the ONT router a plain and simple pass through device
