Blatent ******* and thievery at Openserve in cahoots with Afrihost

I'm a new customer at Afrihost, and logged a call when my internet stopped working. They sent Openserve technicians to my home. These technicians reconfigured my spare ONT device that I had, and took the original with them. When I enquired why they did not replace the faulty one, but rather took my spare one, they accuse me of lying. Hence, they just stole it. Due to this incident I cannot associate myself with them (Openserve) being ******* (we have surely enough of those around). I can also not associate myself with entities (Afrihost) that sent these folks to my home, hence they must then also support theft and *******, right? I will definitely refrain from selecting or continuing with Afrihost as an ISP, and definitely stay clear of Openserve. Their affiliation with Telkom already explains a lot.
