Blame all on Openserve

<p>Almost 7 weeks ago i registered with afrihost for them to install a fiber line at my house. </p> <p>Within the 1st week i received a router.</p> <p>They tell you it takes about 2 to 6 weeks but highly unlikely to take 6 week as openserve are in the area and doing installations daily. </p> <p>(I've seen Openserve do installations next to my house twice before and I've asked them when will they come and do my installation and al they say is "phone 10210" )</p> <p>I've requested Afrihost to phone me and give me information as to when this installation will happen but instead I'm just being ignored. </p> <p>The only answer i got from Afrihost a few weeks ago is that openserve must give me a call and all i can do is wait. </p> <p>The last respone i got was to say that if i want cancel the service (the service i dont get) i must thake their router to their office in JHB. I live PTA. </p>
