Blacklisting problems

<p>My phone got ****** yesterday afternoon and I was using an Afrihost data sim. I phoned them and they said they can only blacklist my sim card and not the phone as the phone was not bought from them and that I must go to the service provider where I bought the phone from which was Cell C. I went to the Cell C store and was told that they could not help as I was not using their sim when the phone got ****** and got referred back to Afrihost. I cannot open a case at the police station and claim from my insurance without an ITC number. I cannot begin to explain the amount of frustration I am under at the moment because I cannot proceed further with my claim and with the lack of help I have been receiving. Just don't be surprised when I leave Afrihost for good and warn people not to open an account with you if this is how you treat customers.</p>
