Black Friday ****

I did not have a great experience with Afrihost's black Friday deals. I app**** for the 200mbs upload and 200mbs download for R829. I upgraded my line to the promo, however I am still charged R1097pm. They promised me that it would be sorted and it was escalated to their seniors, however nothing was done. I phoned them to retrieve feedback since none was provided and they said that there is nothing they can do about this and that I should have received a promo mail with a link and I never received this. They encouraged me to downgrade to my previous package. I, however will downgrade to the lowest package till I find another ISP
