Billing query afrihost and vumatel

I am sorry it had to get to this however I have been trying Dela with my query via various different platforms via vumatel and aswell as afrihost with regards to the installation billing I was charged which was suppose to have been free as per the application I had done online I received an invoice showing it was no charge than once the installation was done I get an invoice of R1352 I contacted afrihost billing and they requested me to speak to vumatel I called vumatel and they said I need to contact afrihost I have been given the run around regarding the query and that to inform me I need to still pay I asked for assistance to make an arrangements with regards to payment as due to the lock down its no work no pay and advised I can not be offered any assistance which I don't understand why as if banks are able to give payment holidays for us clients we are all in a situation we're we have not planned for this lockdown. Service I have recived is absoulatley appalling.
