Billing issue

We had our fibre installed a week ago. I received an invoice that was showing a Fibre Installation Fee Discount Note of R728 and another Fibre Activation Fee Discount Note of R1 007.77 however on the debit order they deducted the full amount. I contacted afrihost spent 10min on the phone after which the operator dropped the call. No one at afrihost can help me with this issue.
